The console patches will be available today, with the PC patch arriving later this week. The PS5 players can start pre-loading the game on April 25-26, about two days before the full launch of the games.Star Wars Jedi: Survivor developer Respawn has a fresh patch arriving this week for its Fallen Order sequel, which launched with several bugs on PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PS5 last month. Ignoring the fact that some players will want day one patch anyway, an internet connection is largely assumed now. Of course, this trouble with physical copies for games over the last few console generation has made many players more comfortable with digital downloads, by force or not. Of course at that point neither person else can download the game. If you want to sell that disc, you’ll probably have to do so once it’s done. That means that if the servers for this game fail to function, players can not play this game off the disc. That said, it’s unclear whether the disc has a download key or not. Since an Ultra-HD Blu-ray disc holds only about 100 GB of data, it does not surprise players that the rest of the game will be freed off the EAs download server. According to the images from the retailer Mighty Ape, the very small words Download Required are on the PS5 cover over the age rating. The game 4K textures can likely not fit on the disc. With the huge file size on PS5 which is already estimated at 147 GB, it’s not terribly surprising to have the fact that the game requires a download. It has stirred people who believe that a game, or a single-player game, can be played off a physical disc without need for an Internet connection. The words Download Required is written directly on the cover. I’m talking about the Jedi: Survivor photos on the PS5 box.
